All Morpheus Formation courses are CPF-eligible and lead to a recognised certification. Pricing is 80 euros per hour, plus 100 euros for certification (TOSA Excel or ENI Excel), totalling 1,540 euros for 18 hours. The price is adjustable based on the chosen duration: 14 hours, for example, costs 1,220 euros.

CPF reform 2026: what changes

Decree No. 2026-127 of 24 February 2026 introduced a CPF funding cap of 1,500 euros per training course listed in the Specific Directory. In practice, this means that for an 18-hour course at 1,540 euros, the CPF covers a maximum of 1,500 euros and the remaining cost is approximately 140 euros (to which the mandatory contribution of 103.20 euros since 1 January 2026 must be added, except for job seekers and certain complementary funding cases).

The TOSA Excel certification now carries the code RS7256 (renewed by France Competences in September 2025, replacing the former code RS5252). Morpheus Formation also offers the ENI Excel certification as an alternative.
