Updated March 2026 - Since late 2025, the former career interview has been replaced by the EPP. It remains separate from performance review and focuses on development, skills and training.

Core rule
The first EPP must take place within the first year after hiring, then every 4 years, with a recap every 8 years. It can also be required after certain leave or return-to-work situations.
